Public Policy/Government Affairs
The Chamber’s Government Affairs Department works to develop and improve the product we sell — Raleigh and Wake County. The department strives to advance a pro-business agenda through unique programs and promoting pro-growth policies to enhance Wake County’s quality of life — including a revitalized downtown, improved transportation infrastructure, and maintaining a top-notch public school system.
The department is also active in matters related to the arts, higher education, and the environment, as well as state and local governance.
