Behind the Badge: Leadership with Clarity

Ever wonder what it’s like to know the safety and well-being of an entire city is directly related to the leadership decisions you make? Harry Dolan, Raleigh’s recently retired police chief, lived with that thought for years.

At this Young Professionals Network event, Dolan will share what has become clear to him after 32 years in the law enforcement profession, 25 years of which he held the rank of police chief. The chief will talk candidly about his greatest career challenges and lessons learned while serving in the leadership arena. He’ll also reflect on his life behind the badge.
