Summer 2026 Emerging Leaders Class Cohort Application
Established in 2011, the Raleigh Chamber Foundation’s Emerging Leaders program develops and expands the capacity of tomorrow’s leaders.
This dynamic cohort experience equips rising professionals with practical leadership strategies, exposure to local trends, and direct access to Raleigh-area executives and business leaders. Through reflection, small-group discussion, and peer learning, participants build self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and gain tools they can apply in their organizations and community.
Since its launch, Emerging Leaders has advanced more than 400 professionals in their leadership growth.

*Note this opening session will take place from 8:30-11:30 a.m., and will introduce participants to the Enneagram. The Enneagram helps individuals understand their core motivations, behaviors, and patterns of thinking and feeling. It's used for self-discovery, personal growth, and improving relationships by providing insights into one's own personality and how you interacts with others.

Class tuition is $1,500. The cohort is limited to 20 participants.

Program Qualifications
- Demonstrated career growth with a minimum of four years of professional experience.
- Employment with an active member of the Greater Raleigh Chamber *or intent to join the Chamber upon acceptance to program.
- Consent from an immediate supervisor to participate.
- Ability to attend the opening session and at least four additional class sessions.
