- With well-paying jobs and
- That employ the knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) of Raleigh’s existing workforce.
- Increase affordable, workforce housing near job centers and multi-modal transit connecting job and residential centers
- Streamline policies and regulations to grow local small businesses
What would you like to see updated in the city’s Unified Development Ordinance related to land use, regulations and/or density that ensures our market remains competitive and attractive for business and residents?
- Re-examine the threshold for site plan review when renovating buildings for revitalization and/or reuse.
- Adopt transit-oriented development (TOD) to encourage the increase in density and promote affordable housing.

- Through sound economic and tax policy principles designed to stimulate Raleigh’s economy
- With an “all-of-the-above” approach to innovate Raleigh’s municipal financing, such as Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), Tax Increment Financing (TIFs), assessment districts, multi-family rehabilitation programs, and institutional grants.
