and can share knowledge and experience
Program Overview
The first session will introduce program participants to their classmates and includes a facilitated review of each person's StrengthsFinder assessment. During five interactive sessions, participants will gain an inside perspective from a prominent leader. Multiple topics are discussed during the two-hour sessions, including career advancement, work/life balance challenges, and areas for community involvement.

- Offer interaction with community and business leaders in a small group setting
- Improve awareness of what it takes to lead and succeed
- Give an intimate view of some of the emerging local trends through a tour of the community

Qualifications
- Have demonstrated career growth and have a minimum of seven years’ professional experience
- Be employed by an active member of the Raleigh Chamber
- Have support from your organization
- Participate in orientation session and a minimum of four sessions
