Emerging Leaders

Established in 2011, Emerging Leaders is designed to develop and expand the capacity of tomorrow’s leaders. Over the 8-week program course, participants will gain:
​

• Effective leadership skills and strategies.
• An understanding of emerging local trends.
• Skills to enhance your leadership potential.
• Awareness of what it takes to lead and succeed.

Program Qualifications 

• Have demonstrated career growth with a minimum of four years of professional experience.
• Be employed by an active member of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce
• Receive consent of immediate supervisor to participate.
• Participate in the Orientation and at least four of the class sessions.​​

Winter Cohort Class Schedule

Classes are held on a series of Tuesday mornings from 8:30 - 10:30 a.m.
