Emerging Leaders
Established in 2011, Emerging Leaders is designed to develop and expand the capacity of tomorrow’s leaders. Over the course of 2.5 months, participants will gain:
Program Qualifications
Program Overview
Emerging Leaders will strengthen participant’s networks by connecting them with peers who share similar goals in a small group environment. Over the course of six classes, participants will not only have time with local leaders but have a class dedicated to their Strengths Finders Assessment that aims to help understand your personal strengths and talents to achieve one’s greatest potential.
During the program sessions, you will:
- Effective leadership skills and strategies.
- An understanding of emerging local trends.
- Skills to enhance your leadership potential.
- Awareness of what it takes to lead and succeed.
Program Qualifications
- Have demonstrated career growth with a minimum of seven years of professional experience.
- Be employed by an active member of the Greater Raleigh Chamber.
- Consent of immediate supervisor to participate.
- Participate in the Orientation and at least four of the class sessions.
