4. How do you intend to collaborate with your partners in the municipalities, county school board, and General Assembly to create a better environment for the county’s citizens?
To see affordable housing program for our community, such as the first home buyers and NACA. Having financial counseling supports in understanding Escrow and Annuities for homeowners.
Working with our school systems in support for the no child left behind act and ESSA Every Student Succeeds Act, more endorsed for our children's Physical, Social, Mental and Emotional healthcare.
And cutting inflation down so that our businesses can recover, and secure more hospitality stay that is supported through our Transportation and Hotels. Working together to build a better community with the department of Diversity Equity Inclusion.
5. As economic development and job creation expands beyond our county borders, how do you intend to work with surrounding areas to promote economic prosperity?
Being able to support our states Hospitality and transportation system so that business can have more consumer to purchase as they visit our city. And have more hotel accommodation downtown closer to our performing art center. Helping community growth where there are abandoned apartments and building hotels to clean up the area and making the area safe. And supporting our human service department and supporting our local and state economy.
6. The Wake County Transit plan will expand bus service countywide, implement four bus rapid transit lines, and initiate a regional commuter rail system. What would you like to see the City of Raleigh do to complement or modify this enhanced transit service?
I am in support of our state Transportation system. Especial for our elderly who do not drive anymore and our college education student to get back and forth from school to work.
Transportation/Transit – Continue to promote and implement an effective transit plan to optimize service delivery and position the county for ongoing growth.
Having the transportation fare more directed to supporting the local taxes and putting the money generated to fixing our Highways near Crabtree and fixing the potholes on our residential streets.
Economic Strength - Create a business-friendly environment to attract, retain and grow business, diversify the economic base, and create job opportunities for all citizens.
Working with our state and city College University system to support job growth and training with our local and state Human services. Working with our Diversity Equity and Inclusion department and to Advocate for our patriots in their Pursuit in cultural arts in our state. And learning the different and vast cultural changes for our new generation of people. Helping our community to grow in the knowledge of our state Healthcare and Education systems and how to invest in our local and statewide community and business through SHRM Society for Human Resource Management and NC-Shape for Allied Health Sports Physical Education Recreation and Dance.
Affordable Housing – Develop an effective affordable housing plan through collaboration with the government, the private sector, the community, and individuals.
Helping support Financial Counseling program base off individual needs such as income based and equal employment and understanding Escrow and Annuities.
Being able to understand our state budget and the Security bonds that helps bring money to our community and state. Knowing how to build our community through our investors with our state commissioners and the Human Services department are some of the resources we need to focus on in keeping a balance with our state economic growth and access to affordability and our quality of life alongside our state department of Insurance.
Great Government - Promote a vision of a city government that partners with all levels of government to empower, protect and serve its citizens through a culture of respect, collaboration, and innovation
Understanding the important of the department of Diversity Equity and Inclusion and their impact in supporting difference in the community. Knowing who our incumbents such as our State commissioner for the Department of Labor and the Department of Insurance know our Attorney General and Dept Attorney. And understanding our Secretary of State officers
Growth and Sustainability - Establish a deliberate and realistic approach to address growth and mobility while preserving our environment and healthy communities.

Knowing who our corporate principles are and knowing how our public safety can grow through a smart and better environment for our youth and our elderly by support prosperity to our community.
Social and Economic Vitality - Improve economic and social opportunities in vulnerable communities through strategic partnerships.
Working with the Division of Diversity Equity and Inclusion in bring the awareness of cultural changes to the community. Partnerships and support with the Department of Human service and other local investor for the Cultural and Performing arts such as Duke Healthcare and Social supports for urban cultural in owner growth in Business Develpoment to enlighten the community.
