Getting Started: Step-by-step Instructions for Chamber Members
Your company can offer deals, save money, share company news, and promote your business—for free!

Here’s a step-by-step guide to making the most of this Chamber benefit.
Step 1
- Login at the "Member Login" link on the upper center of our home page.
- If you've forgotten your login and password, contact Bailey Siebel or dial 919.664.7011.
- Be sure to log in with your company login info—not your personal info.
- The username is originally set to your member ID number.
Step 2
- Click “Add Coupons/Member News” located to the right of the page
Step 3
- Click the “New Coupon” button whether you want to post a coupon OR add member news.
Step 4
- First, select a coupon type from the drop down menu. Choose “Member News” as the coupon type if posting a news item.
- Follow instructions for the remainder of the fields and complete the “Your” fields at the bottom of the page.
- Image logos and URLs must start with “http://”
- Click the Save button.
- If any required fields are missing, an error message will appear telling you which fields to complete. Click the Save button again if needed.
- Once you click the Save button, your submission is now pending for Chamber staff approval.
Step 5
- Chamber staff reviews and approves or edits coupon or news.
- Please allow at least one business day for the approval process.
- No notification will be sent—please check back to see your coupon.
- Once your submission has been approved, you may view it at
http://web.raleighchamber.org/coupons
or find it on the Chamber website on the dropdown menu at
Membership > Member Directory > Coupons and Discounts
- Promote your coupon using social media, email, or other shared links.
- Click on the coupon at http://web.raleighchamber.org/coupons
- When the coupon appears, click on the social media icons, email icon, or sharing services icon to share your item!
Editing and Deleting Coupons

- Editing a coupon is easy. Log back into your Chamber account and browse to the Coupon/Member News section on the left navigation. There you will be able to click “Edit” to adjust your coupon or news. Please note that upon saving an edit your coupon or news item will need to be reapproved by Chamber staff.
- To delete a coupon or news item click “Delete.”
- New coupons and member news are posted often, so check back frequently.
- Life of coupon or news is 90 days.
- There is a maximum of five coupons and five new postings per company at a time.
