Incentives are necessary to retain and recruit the most highly qualified employees. They also would balance out the cost of training new employees and loss productivity

In order to have a healthy workforce, affordable healthcare services should be available to the underinsured as well as the ones without health insurance.

Continue to be an advocate for additional state funds and support their individual funding efforts (bonds).

An highly educated workforce is the driving factor of a thriving state. I will continue to be an advocate for the funding of a sound basic education for all students (Leandro funding plan).
