The ten-month program has consistently provided participants with an in-depth view of community issues, a unique opportunity to interact and discuss issues with regional business and community leaders, and apply their talents by joining professional associations, civic clubs, public boards, and commissions.
Leadership Raleigh participants are exposed to monthly sessions on a variety of issues, challenges, and opportunities. Monthly session topics include:
- Education
- Local economy
- Law enforcement
- Local/state government
- Human services
- Healthcare
- Media
- Quality of life
